Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Chasing to Chosen (“Chasing to Chosen,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit chasingtochosen.com (the “Site”) or purchase The Chosen Reset (the “Course”).
1. Who is responsible for your data
The data controller for the Site and the Course is Chasing to Chosen, an independent digital publisher based in Ukraine. You can contact us at support@chasingtochosen.com.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide
- Order and contact details. When you buy the Course, Creem collects your name, email address, billing details, and payment information. Creem shares the order details we need to fulfil your purchase, such as your name, email address, product purchased, order ID, and country. We do not receive or store your full card number or CVC.
- Support messages. If you email us, we receive your email address, name (if you include it), and the content of your message, including any order information you choose to share.
- Optional communications. If you contact us with a question or request, we may keep a record of that correspondence.
Information collected automatically
- Server logs. Our hosting provider may record standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device information, referring page, requested URL, and timestamps. We use this information for security, troubleshooting, and keeping the Site available.
- Cookies. The Site itself does not set advertising or analytics cookies. The Creem checkout is hosted by Creem and may use cookies or similar technologies under Creem’s own privacy policy. If we add analytics or other cookies in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for consent.
3. How we use information
We use information to:
- fulfil your order and help you access the PDF;
- provide customer support and respond to your questions;
- process refund requests and resolve disputes;
- maintain the security and reliability of the Site;
- comply with legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations; and
- improve the Site and the Course based on aggregated, non-identifying usage and feedback.
4. Legal bases (EEA/UK visitors)
Where the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or UK GDPR applies, we rely on the following legal bases:
- Contract. To provide the Course and deliver your purchase.
- Legitimate interests. To keep the Site secure, prevent fraud, improve our products, and respond to support requests.
- Legal obligation. To keep records required by tax and accounting laws and to respond to lawful requests.
- Consent. Where we ask for consent (for example, if we add optional marketing emails in the future). You can withdraw consent at any time.
5. Who we share information with
We share information only as needed to run the Site and fulfil your order:
- Creem — our merchant of record. Creem processes payments, invoices, taxes, refunds, and customer portal access under its own privacy policy.
- Hosting and infrastructure providers — to serve the Site, store files, and keep server logs.
- Email and support providers — to receive and respond to support messages, once configured.
- Professional advisors — such as accountants or lawyers, where necessary and under confidentiality obligations.
- Legal authorities — where required by law or necessary to protect our rights, users, or the public.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your information with advertisers for behavioural advertising.
6. International transfers
Our service providers may process information in countries other than your own, including the United States and the European Union. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent legal mechanisms. You can contact us for more information about the safeguards used.
7. How long we keep information
- Order and tax records are kept for as long as required by applicable tax, accounting, and consumer-protection laws.
- Support messages are kept for as long as needed to resolve your request and maintain a record of our communications, then deleted or anonymized when no longer needed.
- Server logs are kept for a short period for security and troubleshooting, unless a longer period is needed to investigate an incident.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- access the personal information we hold about you;
- request correction of inaccurate information;
- request deletion of your information, subject to legal retention obligations;
- request restriction of or object to certain processing;
- request portability of your information;
- withdraw consent where processing is based on consent; and
- lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
To exercise these rights, email support@chasingtochosen.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including HTTPS on the Site and access controls on our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If you believe your information has been compromised, contact us promptly.
10. Children
The Site and the Course are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
