Refund Policy
We want you to feel good about your purchase. If The Chosen Reset is not the right fit for you, you can request a refund within 14 days of your purchase.
1. How to request a refund
Email support@chasingtochosen.com within 14 days of purchase. Please include:
- the email address used at checkout, and
- your order ID or receipt number, if you have it.
You do not need to explain your reasons in detail. A short note is enough. We may ask for information needed to locate your order and process the refund.
2. How refunds are processed
Refunds are processed through Creem, our merchant of record. We will request the refund through Creem, and Creem will return the amount to your original payment method. Processing time depends on Creem, the payment provider, and your bank. It may take several business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Creem may also issue refunds within 60 days at its discretion to prevent chargebacks, as described in its merchant terms. Creem does not charge a fee for processing refunds, but the original transaction processing costs may remain charged to the seller.
3. Digital delivery and your consent
The Course is delivered digitally and access is normally immediate. By completing your purchase, you consent to immediate delivery of the PDF and acknowledge that the 14-day refund policy applies. If you request a refund, you should stop using the Course and delete any copies you downloaded, except where local law requires otherwise.
4. When a refund may be declined
We reserve the right to decline a refund in cases of clear abuse, including:
- repeated purchases and refunds of the same digital product;
- evidence that the PDF has been redistributed, resold, or shared publicly; or
- fraudulent or unlawful activity.
We will not decline a refund where applicable law gives you a mandatory right to one.
5. Chargebacks
If you have a problem with your purchase, please contact us first. We will try to resolve it quickly. If you initiate a chargeback, Creem may request information from both sides and the payment provider will make the final decision. A chargeback fee may apply under Creem’s terms.
