Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and purchase of The Chosen Reset, a digital PDF course, and your use of chasingtochosen.com (the “Site”). The Site and the course are operated by Chasing to Chosen, an independent digital publisher based in Ukraine (“Chasing to Chosen,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By visiting the Site or purchasing the course, you agree to these Terms.
1. The product
The Chosen Reset is a downloadable PDF course for personal, non-commercial use. It includes seven daily lessons, reflection prompts, printable worksheets, and a 30-day consistency plan. The product is digital; no physical item will be shipped.
We aim to describe the course accurately on the Site. We may update the PDF, fix typos, or improve the layout from time to time. The core purpose and format of the product will remain the same.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to purchase the course. The course is written for adult women, but anyone who finds the material useful may purchase it. The Site is not directed to children.
3. Orders, pricing, and payment
The price shown on the Site is $19 USD, one-time payment, unless a different price is clearly displayed at checkout. Prices are in US dollars. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout based on your billing location.
Creem acts as the merchant of record for purchases made through the Site. Creem is the contractual reseller of the product, collects payment, issues the invoice, and handles applicable sales taxes. Your payment is subject to Creem’s Buyer Terms and checkout terms. You will see “Creem” on your statement.
We do not receive or store your full payment card details. Creem and its payment providers process payment information. By completing a purchase, you authorize Creem to charge the amount shown at checkout.
4. Delivery and access
After a successful payment, Creem will send a receipt and a secure download link to the email address you provide at checkout. You may also access the file through the Creem customer portal. Delivery is normally instant, but email delivery can occasionally be delayed by spam filters or provider issues.
If you do not receive your download link, contact support@chasingtochosen.com with the email address used at checkout. We will help you access your purchase.
5. License and permitted use
When you purchase The Chosen Reset, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, read, and use the PDF for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may print one copy for your own use.
You may not:
- resell, sublicense, rent, lend, share, or redistribute the PDF or any part of it;
- upload the PDF to file-sharing sites, social media, communities, or other public or private platforms;
- use the content to create a competing product, course, template, or service;
- remove copyright, attribution, or other proprietary notices; or
- use the content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Chasing to Chosen.
6. Refunds
We offer a 14-day refund policy. To request a refund, email support@chasingtochosen.com within 14 days of purchase and include the email address or order ID used at checkout. Refunds are processed through Creem, the merchant of record. See our Refund Policy for details.
Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site or the course to violate any law, infringe any third-party right, harass or harm another person, or interfere with the security or operation of the Site. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, scrape the Site at scale, or use the Site to distribute malware.
8. Intellectual property
The Site, the course text, worksheets, design, brand elements, and all related content are owned by Chasing to Chosen or used with permission. They are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership to you.
If you send us feedback or suggestions, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use that feedback to improve our products and services. We will not publish your name with the feedback without your permission.
9. Educational disclaimer
The Chosen Reset is an educational self-reflection workbook. It is not therapy, psychological treatment, medical advice, legal advice, or financial advice. It is not a diagnosis, a cure, or a guarantee of any relationship outcome.
The course is designed to help you reflect on your own patterns, standards, and choices. You are responsible for the decisions you make in your life. Results vary, and no specific outcome is promised.
If you are in crisis, experiencing abuse, or need clinical support, contact local emergency services or a qualified professional. Do not delay seeking professional help because of something you read in this course.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chasing to Chosen will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Site or the course. Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the product.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Chasing to Chosen from claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Site or the course, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in this section limits mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you in your country of residence.

13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Changes apply to future purchases and use of the Site. Your continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
